Synopsis:

Both the Federation and the Klingon Empire are negotiating with the warlike inhabitants of Capella IV for mining rights.   One mistake could lead to death, war, or worse.   Just as things seem to be going well for the Federation Maab stages a coup and the trouble begins.

This episode is interesting and fun to watch.  It doesn't have many special effects nor is the plot really very deep but it is fun.   It is unfortunate that they Klingon here is revealed to be more cowardly and deceitful than Klingons have come to be known for as Star Trek has progressed.   A true Klingon probably would have won the Capellans over by fighting all comers and impressing them.   Still, as stated earlier, this is viewed in hindsight after many years of molding the races has been allowed to occur.
