Synopsis:

A landing party beaming down to the scientific station on Gamma-Hydra IV find all of the scientists dead or dying of old age.  On returning to the ship all of the landing party begin to age except for Checkov, who was startled upon finding one of the aged corpses.   This problem is compounded by a diplomat who decides to play captain and fly through the Neutral Zone.

There is a very good chance that I am under rating this episode.  It has combat and the acting talents are demonstrated very well.  Still, it just isn't one I really enjoyed.   The end is fun and the plot is acceptable but in the end I just haven't grown to like this episode much.  Maybe it is an inherent fear of my own of growing old which I don't realize.   Whatever the reason I can only rate this one a six.
