Synopsis:

While the Enterprise is cruising through the Altec-Straleb star system, the ship encounters a failing freighter. The Enterprise lends assistance and soon finds that the captain of the freighter, Captain Okona is wanted on the world Altec and the world Starleb. What turns out to be his conviction of impregnating one world's princess and stealing the crown jewel of another, is soon found that he was to deliver the jewel to the princess as a wedding gift from the prince of the other world.
