Synopsis:

Everyone's favorite mother is back, Lwaxana Troi. This time, she is the Betazoid delegate to the peace talks going on at Pacifica. The Enterprise stops and picks up the Antedeans, a fish like race who will be at the talks. Meanwhile, Lwaxana is going through a female Betazoid condition known as the "phase" where she must find a husband and soon. And who else to be her husband than her true love Captain Jean-Luc Picard? Picard hides out on the holodeck as Dixon Hill. Through the whole episode, Lwaxana is trying to find Picard, and while looking, tries to find some other male who is "compatible" with her "needs." 'Nuff said.
