Synopsis:

The Enterprise saves four survivors, two Ornarans and two Brekkians, and many containers of felicium. The crew of the Enterprise soon finds that there is an interesting relationship between the two races. For two centuries, the Brekkians supplied the felicium to the plague infested Brekkians. However, the felicium is addictive and the Brekkians know it.
