Synopsis:

While the Enterprise is waiting for Capt. Picard to rendezvous with them, Data and Worf beam over to a cryogenics pod from the late 20th Century Earth. They find three survivors and bring them on board. Dr. Crusher "thaws" them. All three have difficulty relating to 24th Century times, and the 24th Century crew of the Enterprise has a hard time trying to figure out their equally strange 20th Century ideas. Meanwhile, Captain Picard comes back to the Enterprise with information that many Federation outposts along the Romulan Neutral Zone have been destroyed. This could be a new threat from the Romulans...a break in their isolation period whch lasted for over 50 years.
