Synopsis:

When Captain Walker Keel dies after stating that their is an alien conspiracy in Starfleet, Picard takes the Enterprise back to Earth to investigate the conspiracy. Picard and crew soon find that a strnge beetle-like aliens have attached themselves to the brain stems of many Starfleet Admirals, and plan to do the same to him.
