Synopsis:

The Enterprise is on its way to Angel One, the planet that was the closest planet to where the freighter Odin was last seen. Hopefully, some of the escape pods could have landed on the planet. The Enterprise reaches the planet and learns that it is ruled by an elected matriarchy. Counselor Troi, Lieutenant Yar, Data and Commander Riker beam down to try and find the survivors. The team soon finds the survivors but finds that they are considered outlaws on Angel One. However, one of the "elected one's" is the wife of one of the Odin survivors. This causes a dispute and sentences al the survivors to death. Meanwhile, on board the Enterprise, a medical epidemic is brewing with crew members falling all over the place. And to complicate matters more, there is a large build up or Romulan ships along the Neutral Zone. While Dr. Crusher tries to find a cure for the disease, Commander Riker tries to protect the lives of the Odin survivors, and Geordi trying to stay calm in command of the Enterprise and keep the Romulans at bay, things get hectic.
