Synopsis:

As Wesley competes to enter Starfleet Academy, Admiral Quinn boards the Enterprise with Lieutenant Commander Dexter Remmick. With little explanationm Quinn orders Picard to submit an intensive investigation by Remmick-justifying his actions only by a vague reference to a threat facing the Federation.
