This ship had a new technology, the Quantum Slipstream Drive which could cross 65,000 light years in 3 months. This ship however, was found to be a fake. Altruis used it for his own deception of the Voyager crew to win his vendetta on Captain Janeway for letting the Borg not be conquered by Species 8472. The Starfleet control panels and signs were all faked by a technology known as particle synthesis.
