| 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon brown sugar 3/4
cup vinegar 3/4 cup orange juice, or juice from canned
mandarin oranges 1.5 cups oil 1 teaspoon poppy seeds 1
teaspoon curry 1 head romaine lettuce 2 ripe avocados 4
fresh (or 1 tin) mandarin oranges Shake together mustard, sugar, vinegar, juice, oil, poppy seeds and curry. Tear romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice avocados and oranges and arrange on lettuce. Pour dressing over top. |
