  • 2-2/3 cups watermelon, seeded and cut into cubes
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/3 cup mango slices, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. rum, or 3/4 tsp. rum extract (optional)
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. sugar

Combine fruit in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously until sugar is dissolved. Pour over fruit and chill 30 minutes.
