Egg salad

Egg salad is a sandwich spread, usually made of chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, minced celery, salt, and pepper. It is very high-fat and high-cholesterol, but remains popular. In the U.K., it is called egg mayonnaise.
