Londo's (PETER JURASIK) star is rising, but he becomes even more indebted to the sinister Morden (ED WASSER). Dr. Franklin (RICHARD BIGGS) tries an alien experimental procedure to help save the comatose Garibaldi (JERRY DOYLE). Sheridan's (BRUCE BOXLEITNER) little sister visits and forces him to confront his feelings for his late wife. G'Kar (ANDREAS KATSULAS) resurfaces after investigating the obliteration of Quad 37; he tells Na'Toth (MARY KAY ADAMS) his theory that an old race described in the holy book still exists and is gaining power.
